Big Server Update

During this weekend I will be updating a lot of stuff.

Sourcemod installation on all servers (to make it consistent through them all).

Should provide some more functionalities to admins.

Sourcebans

HlstatsX

And something else that may come up.

Please expect some downtime on some server or related websites.
