Ok, let's go!
I like guitars - anything from folk through to rock, but not a massive fun of country. I like melodies and catchy riffs, I suppose the "jangle" style associated with Bernard Butler, Johnny Marr and John Squire. I know that dates me and fixes me firmly in the 90's but my tastes range from early 60's to now. I also like Motown (mid sixties to mid seventies), the early Delta Blues of the twenties and thirties and am sometimes prone to a bit of trance. I CANNOT stand the vpid **** that passes for modern "R & B" (I use that term loosely - if you want proper R & B go back to the fifties and sixties).
