If a server has a downtime for more than 10 minutes then sure, make a post about it, but please tell us which server has gone down :p

Wcs server crashes all the time it's kinda normal but like Mr.Moo sayed if it's longer then 10 min then it's worth to make a post

Yeah the WCS server is prone to crash every 1.5-3 hours.

It crashes due to the many weapon, race and map restrictions we have set on the server, they get confused or it fails to load at a decent speed and causes a crash. If you get the "Lost connection" in the top right corner, do what I do...

Wait till the timer is down to 15 seconds, open console and type "retry" it'll auto-connect you back to it.
