Hmm he should still be banned, i hope he doesn't haveo ne of those stupid scripts that makes him unbannable.

i used the STEAM ID that was posted here, will check on hlstats

edit: your steam id was wrong, his steam id is STEAM_0:1:24671808 so now he should be banned, if any problems occur you can post it here.
