I made clear to him that because he is in my fl because he reported a cheater once I don't "protect" him when he breaks the rules. And next time he does, he will get a ban. Everyone needs to stick to them.

edit: i just banned him for an hour because he was using scout on aimdeagle while i told him this morning not to. He should know the rules
