Like I said, if you find it a problem.... it is well within your power to mute him in playerlist "problem solved". If any issues start getting out of hand however, in general "rule breaking" get an admin.... That is what we are here for. There is almost always someone on steam that can help.

If you see him doing one of these things then why don't you simply record it and send the demo to an admin?
