Ive just found your surf server a few days ago and ive met ''Lee'' he's a cool kid.

Anyway ill say somthing about myself:

I'm Alex
Age: 21
Country: The Netherlands / Holland
City: Den Haag & Amsterdam
Languages: English, Dutch, German, Italian, French.

Ive been playing Counter Strike: Source since it's out and i'm surfing 3-4 years now.
i also had a surf clan called: Surf Velocity, you guys might know some surf maps that have that surf clan name in those surf maps, if not i can give you a few examples:
Surf_velocity, Surf_fruits, Surf_vegestables, surf_Flashlight, all_in_one_velocity1... etc

Those where all projects done by me and clan members and friends helped me.

Anyway i had ''Surf Velocity'' for about 1/2 years but i had to quit it becouse of RL probleems so i had 5 mounths break or so but now i'm back with a new clan name ''Serenity Surf'' and most of my old clan members came back to my new surf clan.

I'm buidling a few new surf maps also again with clan members & friends

Such as:
surf_healthy (will get released in 1 week)
Surf_Annoying (will get released in 5 weeks)
surf_mothernature (will get released in 10 weeks)
surf_bodyparts (will get released in 10 weeks)
surf_gotta_catch_them_all (will get released in 5 weeks)
surf_serenity_tryout (will get released in 5 weeks)

Anyway i'm still searching for more mappers to join my maps & to help me out.

So ive got this server Serenity Surf Sponserd by a friend of mine @ i3d.net
I can change the slot & tickrate into whatever i like but the only probleem is:
It's 70% of day time empty.

When i compare it to your TwK Surf server it's useally half full.
If you guys could help me get my server half full aswel i'd be very happy.

I'm also thinking of adding your server IP + website into my new map surf_healthy thats getting released soon! so we could be sort of partners from each other but i don't know the owner of this clan yet.

I only know ''Lee'' and he told me he would ask it for me but i bet hes already forgotten about it so i was just ask it myself on this topic.

with ''parnters'' i mean like, if i advertise your clan name, website, server ips on my surf_healthy map you could maby place a little banner on your website or motd for your surf server?

Btw it's just an idea from me if you say no i dont mind i'd still love you guys.

Welcome to the forums

Lee did speak to me and the maps sound fantastic.

I'm not sure about the advertising side of things as we are also trying to make sure our servers are full! - alot of people work really hard in TWK to make our servers what they are.

Have you thought about joining forces with us ? We have some other ideas being worked upon, particularly surf Could help with the surf clan and the server

Anyways, hope to see you around - got a fair bit in RL atm but I'm on and off online so feel free to add me through Lee.

Ive been a clan leader on Surf Velocity.

And i'm the clan leader again in Serenity Surf.

lil bit rusted over time, but Ill try to catch up after I finished a coding project of mine! Cya then.. and cant wait for the new maps

Hello WireleZz, welcome to our community, indeed is quite hard to build up servers and community, this involves great work and expense, we've passed also by a few in the past years (me including one with Vogon)and we found out joining forces with twk, we could make things a bit bigger ans also faster.

As for the surf servers, I don't really play surf, i know its fun, but not my type of game, i do prefer speed and hardcore like tdgg, but now i'm not really playing any games due to lack of time.
