Laser are hard to make, even with laser sats, the power demand is huge in order to pulse to light to destructive charges, I've known values going skyhigh as around 2 to 3 nuclear power plants energy to charge...

its not viable. For example boeing had tested the laser defence on their planes. But said they arent going to continue working on it.

We all know the future weapon system is rocks and sticks. All we need is a video of some weapons testing of it and its a fact. Rocks and sticks are much easier to bring thru the metaldetectors.
And they have been used to kill people for ages and proved very effective in many disputes and executions. History has been written with these weapons!
All we need is a semi and full automatic version of them..
