A little tirck which is kinda impossible, but still possible.
Take your index-fingers (pekefingere) and point them towards eacother. Notice that it is easy to spin them both in sircles forwards or backwords, both same direction. Easy!

Buut, try to get one circling forward and one circling backwards at the same time.
Start with one index finger, and then follow up with the oposite index-finger moving the oposite direction.

I can do this? - the key for me was getting them in sync.
