Nothing, as it would cause players immense annoyance.

I'd probably drop a glowing peanut, which is one of those items that is a one time use, but doesn't say anywhere and looks as though it should be re-usable, so 90% of the people who get it just use it instantly.

I'd have a 0.1% chance of dropping a rubber chicken that you could then run around smacking other players with dealing no damage but being immensley annoying.

0.9% chance of getting a box that makes you say abusive things to anyone who walks past you (if the 'game' has examine it would just say "I wonder what it does..." so nobody would know it was the cause)

and the rest nothing
