This could be a little helper for those with bad latency/ping (Nil, DS and sometimes Ripper...lol). But it's kinda basic, but there is also explanations for most of the stuff regarding tweaking your latency in console. Take a look:

I really recommend this GUI, which will tweak your CSS at the most! Also, this GUI is used in several leagues like CAL and CPL. This is a PRO GUI.

When installing, there will be installed an uninstaller too so that is will be very easy to remove. Also, during the install, you get to choose if you want a constume CEVO background/font/fixed chatbox etc. I really like the whole package, but thats up to you. You should really do this, if you don't have a GUI already installed!

The only fix to mine are the following...

Start menu -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Uninstall WOW

Start menu -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Uninstall Skype

Start menu -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Uninstall Ventrilo
