DS! I need help!

I'm on 32-bit Windows 7!

When I put the 64-bit disc in it just says that the installation disc isn't compatible!? I double checked to see if my comp can run 64-bit and it can. I'm confused!

If you boot from DVD and it says that, you may need to enable 64 bit extensions in the BIOS. You cant 'upgrade' from 32 to 64 bit, you will need to do a clean install

I'm not really sure on this but Greenie may be onto something - my advice is to stick with working towards a solution and not do anything else on 32-bit atm (installing program, etc, including activation, just in case..). If you can get the 64-bit version working imho it will be worth the effort. I'll have a look see if there is any other info.

Might be an idea to post your PC specs here to help us search out a solution.

were you in windows when you put the disc in? It wont work that way, your PC will have to boot from the disc for it to work
