After 1.3.1, about half the time when I eat any sort of food, my hunger bar will reset to it's state prior to eating the food. On top of this, half the time when I have a full hunger bar, my health will not regenerate, and, after moving for a while, it will go back to what it was before eating the food. This used to be fixable by not moving while eating the food, but after 1.3.2, I seem to still be having the probablem even when standing still.

Happens to me too, it gets really annoying.

As brought up far too many times, this is a Bukkit issue. We have no idea what Bukkit will fix in what time period, so your best hopes are to look on the Craftbukkit development release list.
