I explained in the post you made about getting unbanned the first time. I was giving you the benefit of the doubt and you made a friendly unban request. If you were caught again, it would be permanent. So, you were caught again (I don't care if it "was your sister" or "someone hacked your account" ) and you will be permenantly banned. End of story
