non of them actually make you improve, they do make your chances better but don't improve you as a player except randomized varied tactics or playing style. No sleep = you suck tbh , your aim gets less accurate, reactions get slower. hence why pros sleep for a couple of hours before a match.

The mood statement is correct in some ways, varies depending on the player, some people play better angry.
